When an individual casts a vote for a nominee, we collect their first and last name, email address, and optional additional details provided through the voting form.
How Data Is Stored and Protected
All nomination and voting data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections and stored within a protected database environment. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel within the Jerusalem Post and Jewish National Fund-USA who require it to administer the program. We employ technical and organizational safeguards — including bot detection, content filtering, and duplicate-vote prevention — to protect the integrity of the platform and the data it holds.
How Data Is Used
